UN38.3 is the UN-mandated lithium battery transport safety test report, covering 8 tests including vibration, shock, temperature and external short-circuit. EU customs, Amazon, air freight and ocean freight all require it. Without UN38.3 your shipment will be seized at the EU border. Can you store high-capacity batteries like e-bike or energy storage units?

Yes. Our France & Germany battery warehouses support energy storage up to 50 kWh and e-bike / e-scooter batteries up to 1000 Wh. For commercial energy storage (100 kWh+), please contact sales for a custom evaluation of warehouse capacity and ADR transport plan.

Can I use only your storage and ship with my own carrier?

Yes. We support B2B bulk pickup – you may designate your own ADR-certified carrier. Please note: standard couriers (DHL Express, UPS standard) typically cannot transport batteries; confirm dangerous goods qualification with your carrier in advance.

What if a battery catches fire or is damaged?

All stored battery goods are automatically covered by full commercial insurance (up to 100% of declared value), underwritten by AXA / Allianz. Zero in-warehouse fire incidents in 10 years; claims processing begins within 15 business days if needed.

How fast can you ship after receiving an order?
